Harry Edwin Lawson, 93, a long-time resident of Pensacola, passed away Sunday, June 03, 2007. He was born Sept. 19, 1913, in Brundidge, Ala.

 

Mr. Lawson served our country in the U.S. Navy from1932 to 1936. He served on the USS Marblehead in the Pacific Fleet.

 

He married Lillian Casey in San Diego, Calif., where he worked in the aircraft industry. In 1940, Mr.

 

He and his wife of 66 years, Lillian, enjoyed their retirement years on Perdido Bay.

 

Mr. Lawson is predeceased by his wife, Lillian, and is survived by two sons, Rex Lawson (Julie), Cantonment, Fla., and Ted Lawson, (Alice), Shalimar, Fla.; two grandsons, Michael Lawson (Nicole), Choctaw Beach, Fla., and Alan Lawson (Catherine), Navarre; and a great-granddaughter, Margaret Lillian Lawson, Choctaw Beach, Fla.
