Bob was born April 30, 1943 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the son of Betty Roe and Harry L. Bigbee. He attended New Mexico Military Institute and graduated from the College of Santa Fe with a degree in business. A Certified Public Accountant, he devoted his career to the oil and gas industry in Northern New Mexico. Bob was a dedicated father who put his children first throughout his entire life.
