Harry B. Wright, Sr., 98, of Cresco, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2015, at Port Charlotte Hospice House, Port Charlotte, FL. He was the husband of Ruth (Silfies) Wright, with whom he shared over 66 years of loving marriage. Born in Easton, Harry was one of nine children born to Alfred E. and Margaret (Baum) Wright, Sr. He served his country in the US Army in the African and European Theatres during WWII, and then was the owner of Harry B. Wright Painting and Decorating for over 38 years. Harry was a member of the American Legion Rice Ebner Post #588 in Easton, the VFW Post #3448 in Mt. Pocono, and the Northend Wanderers Athletic Association. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and will be remembered for his humor, his generosity, and his love for his grandchildren. Survivors: Son Harry B. Wright, Jr., and his wife Joni of Northampton; daughter Donna-Marie Moser and her husband Dale of Stroudsburg; grandchildren Shauna Fitzsimmons, Christopher Wright, Darren Moser and Dalenna Moser; 4 great-grandchildren. Harry was predeceased by his siblings Alfred E. Wright, Jr., James A. Wright, Sr., Jack T. Wright, William W. Wright, Robert F. Wright, Elwood F. Wright, Marie Gancars, and Susan Dilliard.
