Harrison James Roark, 26, of Boise, Idaho passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, September 26, 2015.

He was born on August 27, 1989 in Boise, Idaho. His birth brought such profound happiness to his parents, Heidi and Tony Roark, who waited for him for a very long time. He graduated in 2008 from Eagle High School and studied at Utah State University. He worked for a number of years for Valley Medical, as a delivery technician of medical equipment, where he took such special care of so many patients and clients.

Harrison was a truly brilliant artist and musician, with the kind of creativity and sensitivity that precious few on this earth possess. His artwork, known for bold scopes, astonishing uses of color, and dramatic subjects, can be seen in many Treasure Valley homes and businesses. Harrison loved so many things: he was full of passion for his family and friends, motorcycles and adventure, cinema and pop culture, great music, wake boarding and boating, laughter and sarcasm, and especially his dog Jedi. Jedi was Harrison’s loyal and beloved friend.

He is survived by his parents, Heidi and Tony Roark, whose love, support, and devotion to Harrison was and will always be unfailing; his siblings, Raquel and Cody Shepard and Tanner Roark; his three grandmothers, Toosje Ward, Lona Jacobs, and Daisy Roark, who holds a special bond with Harrison; his aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and niece, all of whom will always miss him. Beyond the veil of this life, his Granddad Jim and Grandpa Paul have welcomed him home. Harrison’s family have always completely adored him and forever will. He will be missed every day by family and so many friends who cannot wait to see him again, grateful he is finally at peace.
