Harriet Anne Baylor Austin, 90, of Lookout Mountain, Tenn., died Friday, July 11, 2003, in a local health care facility. She was born August 19, 1912, in Atlanta, Ga., to the late Lois Wilkinson and Harry Bedinger Baylor and was a longtime resident of Lookout Mountain. Mrs. Austin graduated from Westminster School in Atlanta and Gunston Hall in Washington, D.C.
