Harriet A. Swett of Plymouth, formerly of Canton and Dorchester, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on June 19, 2021 at the age of eighty-nine. Harriet was born in Norwood on August 11, 1931 to the late Warren J. and Alice M. (McDonald) Swett. She was educated in Boston and a graduate of Mission High School. She worked as an administrator for the Massachusetts State Police on Commonwealth Ave. in Boston for over thirty years. She enjoyed family time spent with her six nieces and nephews and their spouses and twenty-four great nieces and nephews, who all spent time with her in Plymouth. Harriet was the beloved sister of the late Virginia M (Swett) Colbert, Edward C. Swett and Joseph W. Swett; loving Aunt of Virginia Fey, Margaret Croke, Alice Seekell, Robert, Thomas and Dennis Colbert. She was the niece of the late James, John and Edward McDonald. She leaves many great nieces and nephews.
