Harold Wiggs, 85, of New Buffalo, Michigan, died Monday morning, June 23, 2008.
Harold was born August 3, 1922, to Donald and Marie (Conkle) Wiggs in Muncie, Indiana.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII, stationed in the Philippines. He also served with the reserves during the Korean War.
Harold was a dedicated member of the Edward C. Sexton American Legion Post # 169, New Buffalo.
He married Helen Pokorny on October 17, 1964, at St. John’s Church in New Buffalo.
Harold was employed as a bus driver and enjoyed puttering around the yard, working in his garage, and playing with his dog.
Survivors include his wife Helen; daughter Carol (Louis) Craig of Porter, Indiana; grandsons, William Horn, Thomas Horn, and Jay Craig; and his great-grandchildren, Angel and D’Anna.
