Harold Wright Spears

Harold W. Spears, 92, of Heber Springs, passed away September 15, 2014. He was born to Ivan and Isabelle Spears in January of 1922. Harold was a gentle and intelligent man. He was self-taught in many things, and possessed a deep love for music. Among his many accomplishments was being able to build and fly his own airplane. One of his many flights was from Arizona to Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his son, Gary Wayne Spears, and grandson, David Wayne Spears.
Harold is survived by his wife of seventy years, Wilma Spears; three grandchildren: Krissy, Kenneth, and Stephen; several great-grandchildren; and four nieces: Janice, Paula, Sue, and Evelyn.
