Harold “Tudor” Teets, age 86, of Grand Street, Grafton, WV, passed away Thursday, December 2, 2010, at Rosewood Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born September 12, 1924 in Barbour County, WV, a son of the late William and Zura (Hoffman) Teets. He was preceded in death by his wife Dora (Cole) Teets. Tudor retired from the City of Grafton as a supervisor at the water treatment plant. He was an avid woodworker and enjoyed camping and fishing. He was an amateur ham radio operator, his call letters were K8OEK. He was veteran of WW II, having served in the US Navy. He is survived by his companion, Mary Ellen Girod, and her children, Bill Girod, of Grafton, and Donna Colebank and Robbie, of Levels, WV, two adopted grandchildren, Nathaniel and Natalie Colebank of Levels, WV; One cousin Martin Hoffman; of Philippi, several nieces, nephews, cousins and his special dog and companion Lilly.
