Harold was born October 28, 1950 in Dennison, OH to Herman and Erma Shultz. He was raised in Ohio where he met and married the love of his life, Jean Martin, in 1973. He went on to join the United States Air Force in 1969 and graduated with an Associates Degree in electronics from the Community College of The Air Force. He spent the next 24 years in the USAF, retiring as Master Sargent in 1994. He then worked at Home Depot, Delta Airlines, AV Max, and PTI as a railroad driver.
During these years he not only raised a family and worked full time, but found time to pursue his passions, hunting, fishing and reloading.
Survivors are wife, Jean; daughters, Jennifer, Stephanie, Mary Ann; sons, Michael, John, James, William; sisters, Vickie Chambers of Columbus, OH, Deana Coine of State College, PA; nine grandchildren.
He goes on to join both of his parents.
