Harold Horst Loeffler, age 54 of Destin, Florida passed away Friday, February 22, 2013 in a local hospital.
He was born on November 11, 1958 in Wiesbaden, Germany to Gerhard and Helgard Loeffler.
He was the owner and Captain of the Charter boat Un Reel. He was well respected in the fishing community with a passion for Cobia Fishing. Harold has battled courageously for the past several years from surviving cancer to a needed transplant.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gerhard Loeffler. Survived by his loving wife of 27 years Becky Loeffler, mother, Helgard Loeffler, sister, Ruwena Healy and nephews, Clayton and Preston.
