Harold C. Estabrooks: 3 Jan 1922 – 17 March 2014
Harold was born on 3 January 1922 near Northome, Minnesota to Don and Anna (nee Nordby)Estabrooks. Harold served in the US Army during WW2 from 1942 to 1946, mainly in the Pacific theater. He was a heavy equipment operator and helped build and repair runways for our air forces. After the Japanese surrendered in 1945, Harold was sent to Korea where he continued to build and repair runways until he was honorably discharged in 1946.
