Harlan Lee Rankin, 67 of Fellowsville, WV passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at his residence. He was born February 8, 1947 in Fellowsville, son of the late George A and Daisy M Stevenson Rankin. He was an avid artist and enjoyed playing guitar. Surviving one brother, Bob R Rankin and Lucille, OH, one sister, Lois Gene Shay, OH, two sister-in-laws, Deloris Sigley Rankin, Arthurdale, Nancy Rankin Wolfe and Dennis, Fellowsville; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. Harlan was preceded in death by one sister, Aleen Rankin Phipps and two brother-in-law, Robert Phipps, Branch Shay, three brothers, Donald “Don” Rankin, Larry Rankin, and a baby brother, Jerry Rankin.
