Hannah Joan Rodgers passed away peacefully in the arms of her family at home June 19, 2019 at the tender age of 14. Hannah came into this world on her own terms and she left this world as quickly as she presented herself.
One minute, she was out adventuring with her mom, dad, and sister, and the next she was simply gone.
Hannah is preceded in death by an angel sibling that no one ever got to hold. She is survived by her parents, Robert and Trina, her older sister Paige, and many friends and family members.
Hannah was the most beautiful child anyone has ever seen. When she was young, she was the bravest, smartest, funniest, most adventurous, and charismatic child. She could bring a smile to anyone’s face just by looking into those big, gorgeous green eyes of hers with eyelashes that went on for miles.
After several years of illness, Hannah was diagnosed with Batten Disease. She fought against it so well and we couldn’t be prouder of how many battles she fought and won along the way. Batten Disease has stolen her away from her family, but it can never take away the memories and the love they all shared.
