Loving step mother of Richard Hobbs and Marolyn Allen. Cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Dear sister of the late Larry Smith. Hallie will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
