She was preceded in death by her previous husband, William Miller, and her granddaughter, Laura Smith. Virginia was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1931. She lived in Glen Burnie, Maryland for 52 years of her life. She was employed as a clerk for the State of Maryland for many years. Virginia was a devoted member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She enjoyed many hobbies in life. She loved watching television.
