Gwendolyn Grace Rennon of Boca Raton, Florida peacefully passed away to her eternal home on March 19, 2021 at the age of 92. She was born in McKeesport, PA on April 15, 1928 to John R. and Mary E. Baker.
Gwen was a lifelong Methodist. She enjoyed her friends, all different kinds of music, had a great sense of humor, and was devoted to her family. Although she lived in Ohio, Maryland, Illinois, Michigan, and Tennessee, most of her life was lived in the Pittsburgh, PA area. After raising her two children she worked as an apartment manager until her husband retired. Upon retirement they moved to Jensen Beach, FL. Having moved to Florida, Gwen worked at Advantage Software, Inc. in Stuart, FL until 2009 at the age of 81. When her husband passed away, she moved to Boca Raton, FL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Guy P. Rennon, Jr., four brothers and a sister. She is survived by her two children Richard (MaryAnn Dolan) Rennon of Jensen Beach, FL, and Colleen (Robert) Ritchey of Boca Raton, FL. She is also survived by her five grandsons, Gregory (Trisha) Ritchey, Douglas (Deanna) Rennon, Brian (Christen) Ritchey, Michael (Valerie) Rennon, and Scott (Sarah) Ritchey. Also surviving are her eleven great-grandchildren: Brendan, Courtney, Natalie, Erica, Ashlynn and Declan Rennon; twins Parker, Payton Grace (named after her great-grandmother), Landon, Kendall, and Nolan Ritchey.
