He was born on December 10, 1954 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Charles David and Ethel Louise Tucker Allen.
He was a 1972 graduate of Boonsboro High School in Boonsboro, MD.
Guy was employed by the Washington County Board of Education until his retirement. He was employed with Weil Brothers Gas Station in Sharpsburg, MD for many years until it closed.
He was of the Protestant Faith.
He was a lifetime member of the NRA.
Guy was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his daughter Angie L. Smith and her husband Michael of Sharpsburg, MD; granddaughter Jada M. McIntire of Waynesboro, PA; great grandsons Andrew, Mason, and Caleb; sister MaeEtta Macafee of Hagerstown, MD; sister Virginia Ridenour of Hagerstown, MD; brother Arthur Myers of Quincy, PA; special cousin Mary Lou and Kenny Bowers; several nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
He was predeceased by a brother Roy Itnyre.
