Gus Birbilis, 85, of Burlington, passed away on August 4, 2018, 67 years to the day he came to the U.S. from Greece. Gus spent his life working in the restaurant and diner business, including the Mount Laurel Diner.
He is survived by his siblings: Louie (Eleftheria), Ginger (George), Demos (Patra) as well as several nephews, nieces and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother Nicholas, niece Staci and longtime companion Marie Bartelle
