Guiola Gilbert Williams, 92, of Marianna, FL, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020 at Chautauqua Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Defuniak Springs, FL.
Guiola was born December 15, 1927 in Marianna, FL, to Otto and Lucille Gilbert. She graduated from Marianna High School and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Guiola was known by her family as making the best homemade gingerbread, tea cakes, and strawberry cake.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ryals Williams, Jr.; son, Dean Williams of Dothan, AL; her parents, Otto and Lucille Gilbert; in laws, Ryals and Rosabelle Williams; brother, Aldean Gilbert; two sisters, Montreal Woodward, and Betty Jo Nicholas.
Guiola is survived by her daughter, Ruby Williams; son, Chris Williams; daughter in law, Sara Reeves; sister in laws, Dorothy Gay and Linda Hodges; seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild; along with several nieces and nephews.
