Griffith J. Jones, Jr., 85, formerly of Bethlehem, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2015 in the Alexandria Manor in Bath.
Born in Slatington, he was the son of the late Griffith Jones, Sr. and Hannah (Stoufell) Jones. Griffith was a manager for the former Laros Silk Mill in Bethlehem and later worked for Beckett’s Catering for 15 years until retiring. After retiring, he worked for the Kiffle Kitchen Bakery, his daughter’s family business. He was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Church in Bethlehem.
Survivors: Daughter, Lee Kociolek and her husband, Frank of Lower Nazareth Twp.; son, Craig Jones and his wife, Maureen of Angier, NC; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A brother, William Jones died earlier.
