Surviving are his parents, Logansport; maternal grandmother, Marilyn Townsend, Rochester; maternal grandparents, Paul and Melba Townsend, Roann; maternal great-grandparents, Robert and Bonnie Townsend, Rochester; paternal grandmother, Luella Huffman, Frankton; paternal great-grandmother, Charlotte Turner, Anderson; aunts and uncles, Amy and K.J. Blackburn, Rochester, and Julie Hughes, Murfreesboro, Tenn.; cousins, Grant, Annie and Carlee Blackburn; and a number of great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by maternal great-grandparents, Fay and Mildred Bathrick; paternal grandfather, Randall Scott Huffman; and paternal great- grandparents, Robert and Birtie Porter.
