He was born January 31, 1950, in Connersville, Indiana, a son of the late Casey Jones and Ruth Rose Jones. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Darrell Jones.
Greg is survived by his wife, Judith E. Lewis Jones, whom he married October 5, 1968; one son, Greg Jones, Jr., and Darla of Morehead; one daughter, Amanda M.
