Gregory Cheatham, was born April 4, 1962 in Hopkinsville, KY to the parents of the late John Alexander and Jimmie Lee Cheatham (Darden).
Later on upon moving to Indianapolis, IN, he joined Mt.
He was united in holy matrimony to Lawanda Miller on August 24, 1985 where they met at Fort Harrison in Indianapolis. This union was blessed with three children.
Reverend Cheatham attended IUPUI and graduated in May of 1997, where he was the valedictorian and spoke at graduation.
Reverend Cheatham became an employee at Subaru of Indiana (SIA), where he worked his way up to an HR Manager. He worked there for 32 years and received many honors and awards during his time there.
Reverend Cheatham leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife, Lawanda Cheatham; children, LarShelle Nicole Perdue, Lakesha Monique Myers (Christopher), and DeMarlo J. Cheatham.
Reverend Cheatham also leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Jimmie Lee Darden of Hopkinsville, KY; brothers, Antoine Cheatham (Brenda) of Madison, AL, DeMarlo Cheatham (Jennifer) of Indianapolis, IN, Clayborn Darden Jr. of Indianapolis, IN, and sister Kimberly Darden of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Claire Perdue and Renee Myers and a hosts of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Along with specialtraveling friends, Pastor Carl Z. Liggins Sr. and Lady Sheryl Liggins
