Grant Alon Kinn began his last adventure on September 30, 2019, surrounded by his wife and children, after bravely battling pancreatic cancer for the last year.
Grant was loved by many, particularly by his wife, children, grandchildren, and everyone else’s babies and dogs (nicknamed the baby and dog whisperer). Grant worked most of his adult life as an executive in the pharmacy industry, and was well respected by his bosses, colleagues and employees. Grant was born in Montana, but grew up in Cody, Wyoming, popular with his friends and classmates. He was captain of the football team, basketball and track star, Homecoming King and all around heartthrob. He raised in the ranks at McKesson starting in 1982, ending up as a Sr. Vice President, then became the Executive Director for RxPlus Pharmacies from 2006-2018, and finished his career as the VP of Succession and Education at IPC (Independent Pharmacy Cooperative).
