Grace Wiegand, age 95 of Algona, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Algona Good Samaritan Society in Algona. Private graveside services were held. Grace Daisy Wiegand, the daughter of Rudolp and Elise (Westfall) Miller, was born on December 12, 1923 in Emmetsburg, Iowa. On February 4, 1941, Grace was untied in marriage to Maynard Wiegand in Emmetsburg, Iowa. Left to cherish Grace’s memory are her children Dennis Wiegand of Algona and Phyllis Stockwell of Clarion. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Maynard in 2010.
