Grace S. Berner, age 89, of Maryland and formerly longtime resident of Milford, beloved wife of the late George R. Berner Sr. passed away peacefully on June 10, 2012 in Maryland. Daughter of the late Lester and Grace Quirk Siemon, she was born on October 3, 1922 in New Haven, CT. Grace was a clerk at the Arthur’s in Milford for many years. She was a member of the St. Agnes Ladies Guild, the Milford Senior Center and the Regnum Christi Lay Organization.
She is survived by her children George R. Berner, Jr and his wife Anne of Taneytown, MD, and John W. Berner and his wife Kim of Derry, NH, six devoted grandchildren and five great grandchildren, her sister Barbara Cummings of Milford and several nieces and nephews. Grace was predeceased by her beloved daughter Barbara Satula Berner and brother William Siemon
