Grace Constance Overson passed peacefully on Saturday, November 29, 2014. She was born January 11, 1923, the daughter of the late Charles Patrick Murphy and Grace Goodwyn Murphy. She was preceded in death by, and dearly missed her loving husband William Sherrell Overson, her brother Charles Patrick Murphy, Jr., and her youngest son Charles Steven Overson. She is survived by four children, William Patrick Overson, Frederick Paul Overson, Barbara Joy Shultz and her husband Paul, and Peggy Jean Bertucci and her husband, Anthony. Survivors also include her grandchildren, Jennifer Noel Tickle, Michael Jeffrey Tickle, William Charles Tickle, William Frederick Overson, Kristen Ann Stewart, Steven Paul Shultz, and April Joy Shultz. She was the proud great-grandmother of Jimmy Michael Nguyen, Charlie Carolyn Tickle, and baby boy Stewart due this coming March.
At 91, Grace was still blessed with dear, lifelong friends, Muriel Crane, Marcelle Crochet, and Jennie Langham.
