She was born on July 5, 1949 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Elwood M. Sr. and Anna M. Murray Carbaugh.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin E. Kimble, Sr. in 2010.
She was a graduate of North Hagerstown High School in Hagerstown, MD.
Grace was a Homemaker.
She was a member of Calvary Temple in Williamsport, MD.
She loved to crochet and watch birds.
She is survived by her son Franklin E. Kimble, Jr. and his wife Nicole of Berkeley Springs, WV; daughter Lisa M. Kimble and her finace’ Scott Wallech of Martinsburg, WV; sister Donna Hock of Williamsport, MD; sister Mary Socks of Williamsport, MD; sister Evelyn Lipko of Hagerstown, MD; brother Jerry Carbaugh of Chambersburg, PA; brother Terry Carbaugh of Williamsport, MD; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a daughter Tina M. Monn; sisters Patricia Willard and Thelma Carbaugh; brothers Elwood Carbaugh, Jr., and Lewis Carbaugh.
