Grace Kathleen (Mahoney) Schofield, of Plymouth, formerly of Framingham, South Yarmouth and Harwich, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2018 at Life Care Center of Plymouth. She was the loving wife of fifty-one years to the late Roger Schofield. She was the cherished mother of Tom Schofield and his wife Tracy of Westford, Roger Schofield and his wife Susan of Hopkinton, Karen Simmons and her husband Jack of Franklin, and Stephen Schofield and his wife Nancy of Plymouth. She was the adored grandmother of Deane, Colby, Jacqueline, Austin, Kaitlyn, John, Madison and Carly. She was the sister of the late Daniel Mahoney. Kathleen was born in Fall River, MA to Daniel and Grace (McGuire) Mahoney. She attended the Academy of the Sacred Heart in Fall River and graduated from Lasell Junior College in Newton. Kathleen and Roger, raised their children in Framingham before moving to South Yarmouth and Harwich. While living in Harwich she was an active member of Holy Trinity Church. She enjoyed many hours of volunteering, especially at the Harwich Council on Aging, Chamber of Commerce, and Second Glance. She was a lifelong avid Red Sox and Bruins fan. Most of all she enjoyed being with her family and friends.
