Grace Nall Fields of Newnan, Georgia passed away at her home on February 21, 2020. She was born in Meriwether County in 1918 and was 101 years of age. She graduated from Starr High School and attended the Business School for Women in Newnan, GA. She retired from Playtex International where she worked for over 35 years. She married James Edward Field (Ed) in 1940. They had two children together, Jimmy and Kay and they spent 67 wonderful years together until his death in 2003. Ms. Fields attended church her entire life and was a member of Oak Lawn Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, James (Jimmy) Fields and Kay Fields Jensen (Bill) both of Newnan. Grandchildren: Kim Burgess Peruski (Mike) of Newnan; Jeff Burgess (Carrie) of Cumming; Chris Fields of Norcross; Katie Martinez of Norcross and Jake Fields of Norcross. Great-Grandchildren: Graham and Mary-Blake Peruski of Newnan; Kyra and Jordon Burgess of Cumming; Christine Steehler of North Carolina; Sandi Mokan of Atlanta; and Sydney, Hannah, Mattie, Emily and Victor Martinez of Norcross. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Fields (Ed); parents, Hugh Van and Nannie McKoon Nall; sister Evelyn Nall Cash and grandson James Fields. She was a gracious and most loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Her greatest joy in life was her faith in God and time spent with her children and grandchildren.
