Gordon Ray Lauck, 69, of LaSalle, IL, formerly of Madison, NE, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru, IL.
Mr. Lauck was born May 25, 1950 in Bloomfield, NE to Herman and Arlynn (Frevert) Lauck. He was baptized and confirmed at Golgatha Lutheran Church, rural Wausa, NE. He married Donna Battaglia on March 23, 1996 in Ottawa, IL. He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in LaSalle, IL and was a retired truck driver and farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Donna; seven children, Dan (Larissa) Lauck of Howells, NE, Danita Broders of Norfolk, NE, Diana (Brent) Kuehler of Pierce, NE, Doug (Natalie) Lauck of Spring Valley, IL, Alisha (Jonathan) Dew of Elk City, OK and Austin and Adrian Lauck both of LaSalle, IL; 16 grandchildren; four sisters, Sharon (Don) Kalcik of Lincoln, NE, LuAnn Zerbe of Norfolk, NE, Colette Burnett of Le Mars, IA and Colleen Wurst of Lincoln, NE; one brother, Dave (Shelly) Lauck of Hadar, NE and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Marcia Lauck in infancy and Cynthia Anderson; one brother, Brian Lauck in infancy and two brothers-in-law, Tom Zerbe and Paul Burnett.
