Gordon Lennox, age 85, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Gordon was known for his faith in Christ and willingness to help anyone with their car problems and to lend a hand with building projects or any other needs.
He is survived by his wife of 62 ½ years, Lois Jean (Jeannie), his children, Alan and his wife Janie Lennox, Elaine Lennox, Jill and her husband Roy Dahlstrom, Beth and her husband Bryan Weaver, his grandchildren, Daniel and his wife Staci Lennox, David Lennox, Darren Lennox, Deborah and her husband Jeremiah Hoppman, Dillon Lennox, Dorothy Lennox, Drew Lennox, Ralph Dahlstrom, Dan and his wife Elizabeth Dahlstrom, Diane and her husband Zach Hockett, Alan Dahlstrom, Karen Dahlstrom, David Dahlstrom, Alexa Weaver, Chelsea and her husband James Jackson, and Daniel Weaver, great-grandchildren Paisley Jackson, Cameron Lennox, and Jameson Hockett. He also leaves many dear cousins, nephews and nieces.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Lennox, and his sisters, Margaret and husband John McFarlane, Jeanne Lennox, and his twin sister, Wilmar Lennox, as well as many loved ones from his home country of Scotland. Also touching Gordon’s life were many brothers and sisters in Christ from Garfield Gospel Chapel and Southwest Bible Camp.
