Gordon A. “Butch” Rideout, 68 of Manchester, loving husband for 42 years of Louise (Balesano) Rideout, the son of the late Lloyd Leeman and Lucy Ethel (Myshrall) Rideout, died on Friday December 30, 2016 at Hartford Hospital after a long term illness.
Butch, the youngest of fifteen children, was born in Millinocket, ME on April 28, 1948. With his wife he is survived by his son Brent and his daughter-in-law Kenya Rideout, their children Madyson and Jaxson. His brother Ken and his sisters Mim, Jane, Edy and Mitzi. His dear Aunt Pearl, a host of nieces, nephews & cousins. Besides his parents, Butch was predeceased by his siblings: Bill, Dick, Don, Jackie, Joyce, Gail, Patti, Carolyn, and Barbara.
Butch graduated from George W. Stearns High School (Millinocket) with the class of 1967 and then enlisted in the US Army.
