Mr. Mora was born December 16, 1952, in Richmond, the son of Jose F. Mora and Antonia Arocha Mora. He served for more than 16 years in the United States Army before working in construction. He married Sanjuana Minor, December 31, 2004, in Gatesville. He was a member of the VFW.
He was preceded in death by his wife April 13, 2022.
Survivors include three sisters, Alice Mora, Laura Lyle and Amparo Hudson.
