Gloria Lee Howell, 86, entered into the full presence of her Lord Jesus Christ peacefully on Saturday, March 10, 2018. She was a life long residence of Wilmer, AL. She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Grover Everett Howell Sr., son Samuel F Howell, parents & siblings. She is survived by her children: daughter Rebecca L Webb(Lankford); son Grover Everett Howell Jr.(Judy); daughter Debbie H Hutchison(Doug); & daughter Rachel H Walker. Grandchildren: Christie Hunter(Chad); Tony Webb(Jackie); Aaron Pierce(Mya); Barbara Phelps(Brant); Nikki Norton; Sarah Nordby; Anna Champion(Casey); Julia Howell; Michael Laird(Christina); Matthew Laird(Ashley); Josh Laird; Riley Eagan; and Alisha Eagan. Honorary Grandchildren: Logan Powell and Joseph Walker. 13 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Mrs. Howell was simply known to most as “Granny”. She loved her family, church family and most of all God. Her life was a ministry of sharing her love for the Lord.
