Mrs. Gloria Jean Harris Foster of Tampa, Florida passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021.
Mrs. Gloria Foster was born on December 24, 1941 to Ira and Adeline Harris. She was a lifelong native of Tampa for 79 years and was educated in the Hillsborough County Public Schools graduating from Howard W. Blake High School.
She committed herself to Christ at a young age. She was employed by Honeywell for over 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Ira Harris and mother, Adeline Harris; husband, Nathaniel Foster; daughters, Natalie Foster and Cheryl Graham.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her devoted loving daughter, Anita Foster; two grandsons, Marcus Sapp and DeRon Graham; great granddaughter, Chloe Sapp; two brothers, Elbert Harris of Newark, New Jersey and Elder Harry L. Harris (Deborah); one sister, Frances Boykins of East Orange, New Jersey; two brothers-in-law, Louis Foster (Mildred) and Ben Foster; sister-in-law, Naomi Harris of South Carolina, the Shannon Family and a host of nieces, nephews and the New Salem Family; devoted friends, Helen Brown and Viola Wallace.
