On January 16, 2022 Gloria Heaster Small crossed over from this world. She was a native of W. Va. and came to Baltimore after graduation in 1945. She was a beacon of strength and worked many years at the Western Electric Co. She belonged to the Order of Eastern Star. She was predeceased by her husband Carlton S. Small in 1993. She is survived by one son, Duane Small and his wife, along with 3 grandchildren (Brittany, Dustin and Austin).
