Gloria Dean Semour Waldrop, age 92, of Trussville, AL passed away on June 28, 2022. Gloria was born to Charles and Melba Seymour on September 16, 1929. Gloria was a saintly woman, who provided many meals, teas, and showers for so many others. Her love and devotion to her family was her life. Always ready to help in any way she could and glad she could do it. She was a beautiful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother!! She served as chairperson of Hueytown Garden Club for many years, an active member in Women’s Home Missions, and always a faithful worker in her church and work. She was an Interior Design Decorator for almost 20 years. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Waldrop, her granddaughter, Deana Hemphill and son-in-law, Neal Hemphill; her parents, and sister, Una Rae Chafin, and brother-in-law, Marion Chafin. She is survived by her daughter, Glynda Bailey (Jerry); granddaughter, Ashley Trammell (Adam); great grandchildren, Taylor Johnson (Hunter), Bailey Sisk (Trevor), Brady Trammell, Jordyn Trammell, Camdyn Trammell; great-great grandchildren, Paislea Johnson, and Tanner Johnson; her sister, Mona Ayers (Jimmy). She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
