Gloria grew up in Chariton, graduated from Chariton High School and Ottumwa Beauty School. She married Cleo Sellers September 28, 1947. The couple moved to a Lucas County farm where they raised three sons. They remained on the farm until moving to the West Lake in Chariton where they retired.
Gloria is survived by three sons, Alan (Linda) Sellers of Bell Vista, AR, Bruce (Terry) Sellers of Chariton and Jay (Kim) Sellers of Chariton. Seven grandchildren, Brad Sellers, Heather (Joey) Woody, Courtney (Ilene) Sellers, Maggie (Matt) Casebolt, Wendy (Ron) Young, Amanda (Brad) Jensen and Clint Sellers. Thirteen great grandchildrem, Brad and Bryce Young, Drake and Isabelle Woody, Emma, Tessa, and Luke Casebolt, Blake, Zack, Elizabeth and Graham Sellers, and Jayden and Kenton Jenson; her sister, Donna (Jake) DeBok and her brother, Tommy (Carole) Woodman.
