Glenn Wagner, Jr. was a devoted son to Sharon L. and Glenn R. Wagner, Sr.; a loving brother to Jennifer Cassell; and dear grandson to Edna Lawrence.
Born in Bakersfield, California, Glenn moved to Glen Burnie as an infant and was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Glen Burnie High School class of 1999 and then attended the ABC Chesapeake Builders and Contractors School in Annapolis. He worked as a master electrician for Johns Hopkins. Glenn enjoyed his motorcycle.
