Glenn was “the best” flooring and carpet installer. Glenn is predeceased by his parents Cecil and Arlene Palm; his wife Michele Best-Palm and his brother David Palm. Surviving are his children Derek Palm and his fiancée Tara and Jacqueline Best and her husband Ramiro; his brother Kevin Palm; his sisters Cherylee White and Denise King and his grandchildren Adrianna, Jada and Anthony.
