Glenda ‘Dink’ Faye Lynn (Boswell) Chiri, 38, of Indianola, IA died Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Taylor House after a courageous battle with cancer. She is a former resident of Derby, Iowa.
She was born to the late William ‘Bobby’ Boswell and Carol (Bill) Moore on April 9th, 1978 in Cheverly, Maryland.
She married the love of her life Greg Chiri on November 24, 1999. They were the true definition of love.
Surviving are her husband: Greg Chiri; four sons: Justin (Casi) Chiri, Steven (Amanda) Chiri, Zack Chiri, and Sam Chiri; one daughter: Kari Leer; seven grandchildren: Kailliee, Jaekob, Payton, Landon, Kenslyee, Maddy, and Emberlyee; parents: Bill and Carol Moore, three brothers: Charlie (Heather) Boswell, James (Susan) Boswell, Robert (Valeri) Boswell; one sister: Annie (Eric) Miller; and several nieces and nephews.
Glenda graduated from Mormon Trail High School in May of 1996. She later graduated Indian Hills Community College with an LPN Degree.
Glenda was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Always putting others before herself.
