Those left to honor Glen’s memory are his daughter, Gwen Conrey of West Des Moines, Iowa; and his son, Sam (Louise) Billmeyer of Ankeny, Iowa; three grandchildren, Jeff (Beth) Conrey, Kristi (Mike) Hicks and Jake Billmeyer; his four great-grandchildren, Lincoln and Lauren Conrey, and Anna and Jackson Hicks; and his good friend, Mel Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Leona (Tegeler) Billmeyer; and sisters, Joan and Jane.
Glen served his country in the U. S. Marine Corps during the Korean War.
Glen was a graduate of Xavier High School in Dyersville, Iowa and attended Loras College.
