Glen E. Craig, 74, Anderson, died October 12, 2007, at his residence after an extended illness.
He was born July 23, 1933, in Anderson. He was a lifetime resident of Madison County. He retired from the Delco Remy Division of General Motors in 1982 after 30 years of service. He served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of UAW #662. He was also a member of the American Legion.
He is survived by his daughters; Linda Sue Ridge, Anna Marie Hinton Ronald, Lee Ann Lehman Fiancee Don Roberts, Cathy Wallace John, and Mary Land Jim Everman, Angela Craig Larry Gore all of Anderson. Glenda Henderson Marc of Indianapolis. His sons; are James Edward Denny Rebecca Devitt of Gulfport Miss., William Allen Denny Tracy, and Rex Allen Craig of Anderson. His sisters; were Nancy Jim Laswell and Janet Allen of Anderson. His brother Joseph Craig Helen of Chesterfield. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his first wife; Ruby Helen Craig. His second wife Estella Craig. His parents are Glen Lee and Gertrude Pettigrew Craig. His brothers; are Harold Craig, Don Craig, Guy Craig, and Carl Craig. His sisters; are Jean Shepard, Ruth Knowblock, Judy Craig, Iva Ebbert, and Mary Wiseman.
