She was educated in the Clarke County School System and united with the Pine Chapel Baptist Church No. 1 in Grove Hill, AL, where she sang in the choir until her health declined. Her marriage to L. V. Robinson was blessed with two children.
Preceding her in death are her husband, L. V. Robinson; son, James Mitchell; grandson, Steffon Horn; parents, Jack and Annie Rodgers; two sisters, Katie Brown and Elsie Jackson; and three brothers, Elder Heary Rodgers, James Rodgers and Isaiah Rodgers.
Left to forever cherish her precious memories are her son, Jeffrey Michael (Charlotte) Robinson, Millbrook, AL; grandchildren, Latrice (Chester) Glenn, Derrick Horn, Korinell Dakota Smith, Autumn Collean Smith, Erika Natay (Nichole) Esco, Christian DaShawn (Jagesha) Esco and Duntrevious Dartrell Esco; eleven great grandchildren; a God daughter, Gail Robinson; two sisters-in-law, Birdie Rodgers and Cobbie Robinson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
