Gladys M. Main, 97, long-time Eaton resident, passed away on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Westminster Village surrounded by her family.
She was born on February 25, 1921 in Blackford County, Indiana to Edgar and Edna (Love) Stafford. She was a graduate of Montpelier High School, class of 1939 and married Francis LaVern Main on November 1, 1943 on Clearwater Beach, Florida. Together they would raise their four children in Eaton.
Gladys was a long-time member of Union Chapel where she met LaVern in 1936. She briefly worked for Armstrong Glass in Dunkirk.
