Gladys Katherine Brewer Ladwig, 92, Anderson, died February 1, 2006, at Community Hospital, Anderson after a brief illness. She was born February 18, 1913, in Lewis County, Kentucky, and resided in Anderson, Indiana.
She lived in this area since 1939. She was very proud of having worked at Pierce Governor for 25 years.
She is survived by her Son: Robert A. & wife Robin Davis of Oakland City. Sisters: Pauline & husband Gale Barry of Lancaster, Ohio. Delores Nichols of Portland. Betty & husband Bill Beauchamp of Anderson. Five Grandchildren: Linda Davis, Lisa Bruick, Lee Davis, Jeremy Davis, and Andy Davis. Seven Great Grandchildren: Lauren, Andrea, David, Jordan, Cole, Bryson, and Beric. Several Nieces, Nephews, and Many Special Friends and Neighbors.
She was preceded in death by her husband whom she married on February 28, 1940: Howard Ladwig who passed away on January 29, 2000. Parents: Marion & Myrtle Olive Rankins Brewer. Sister: Leva Brewer. Brothers: Harry Brewer & James Brewer. She was a member of the Ivy Rebekah Lodge #381.
