Giuseppe “Joe” Ferrara, 74, of Lawrence died on Thursday November 14, 2013 at Merrimack Valley Hospice House, Haverhill with his family by his side. Joe was born in Via Grande Sicily, Italy and came to this country as a young man. Before retirement, he worked for over 40 years as a tailor for Grieco Brothers, Lawrence. More recently, he worked as a cook at Joseph’s Trattoria, Haverhill. Joe had a great passion for food and cooking and nothing surpassed his love for his wife, Grace.
His family members include his wife of 50 years, Grace A.
