Ginger Rhea Gladney Whitehead was born On December 8, 1960, to Mattie Elouise Brown Gladney in St. Louis, Missouri. She attended Kinloch Senior High School, and graduated Class of 1978, McCluer North, Florissant, MO.
Ginger served the United States Army (USA), and was honorably discharged in 1987. After separating from the USA, Ginger was employed by Emory University Hospital, Atlanta, GA until she transferred to Atlanta Technical College as an Executive Assistant until her health was impaired.
Ginger is preceded in death by her step father, James S Gladney, Sr, mother, Mattie Elouise Gladney, sister, Rita P. Simpson, and brother, Cleric R. Gladney. Left to celebrate her life, and homegoing her brother Jimmie (Connie) Gladney, Jr of Cincinnati, OH; sister, Destria (Gerald) Gladney Whitaker, Indianapolis, IN, nieces, nephews, and a host of great nieces and nephews, many family members and friends.
